What to wear?
Choose workout clothing that's stretchy but not baggy. Any breathable/comfortable clothing is recommended. Pilates is typically done barefoot, so you will take your shoes off at the beginning of the session. If you want to wear socks you can.

How often should I do Pilates?
At least once a week, but two or more sessions is better. As with any form of exercise you will improve and notice changes more quickly the more you do it. Amazing affects can be achieved so long as you are consistent with your practice and make it a habit.

Do I need to bring a mat?
Yes, please do bring your Pilates/yoga mat with you, along with a bottle of water! All equipment (small balls and resistance bands) are already at the venues.

What is the difference between Pilates and Yoga?
Pilates is a workout developed by Joseph Pilates and has a strong focus of strength, stamina, stability and stretching. Yoga is a spiritual discipline that combines postures, with meditation and chanting. They are fundamentally different practices.

How to book/cancel a class?
